Services We Offer

Your Life, Simplified

Peace of Mind

We know that moving yourself or a loved one to a senior community is a big decision. We aim to make the move a little easier by offering peace of mind knowing you or your loved one will have access to all of the services and care they need to live safely and comfortably. If your loved one requires additional care, or you’re worried about a specific health condition, please let us know. We’d be happy to discuss the services and staff we have available to support you or your loved one.

Assisted Living Services

  • Medication administration and management
  • Bathing assistance
  • Assistance with oxygen
  • Housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making services
  • Podiatrist and audiologist visits
  • Licensed nurse on staff
  • Trained care staff on duty 24/7
  • Personal emergency pendant for each resident
  • Two-way intercom system in every resident’s room
  • Mealtime reminders and safety checks

Other assistance may be available upon request.

Available Healthcare Options

Christian Haven is happy to provide health care right at our home. For residents who prefer to remain at Christian Haven, rather than going out to see a physician, Dr. Raymond Rabideau and his nurse practitioner visit patients in our home on a regular and as-needed basis.

We also schedule routine visits with a local podiatrist and audiologist for interested residents.

Moving to Christian Haven Home

The choice to move from a long-time family home to a senior community can be a difficult one. Whether you’re searching for the right place for your loved one, or you’re making the move for yourself, at Christian Haven Home, we aim to make the process as positive and seamless as possible.  If you’re considering Christian Haven Home for yourself or for a loved one, here’s what you can expect from the admission process.

1. Set Up An Appointment

Call ahead to set up a guided tour with our Resident Coordinator, who can provide all the information you need.

2. Join Us For A Tour

It’s time to see the place! During your tour, you’ll see our available room options, learn more about our community, meet our residents and staff, and get your questions answered.

3. Set Up An Assessment

If you enjoyed the tour, it’s time to set up an assessment. The assessment usually takes about 30 minutes and just helps us ensure that we can meet all of your or your loved one’s care needs.

4. Complete Two Forms

Complete our Application for Admittance and have your physician complete the Physician Release form. We just need a recent chest x-ray and proof that you or your loved one has been seen by a physician within 90 days of moving in.

5. Signing & Move-In

The final step is simply signing our month-to-month living agreement. Once that is completed, you’re ready to move in! We look forward to having you join the Christian Haven Home family.
